Do you offer customs scents?
There are certain periods of the year when we take custom orders. The turn around time is up to 3 weeks. This allows for the fragrance oils to be procured if we do not have them in stock.
PayPal, Credit/Debit, AfterPay and ShopPay.
Orders ship within 3-7 business days via USPS. If you input the wrong delivery address, please email us before the 3 day shipping window. Please note that wax may become damaged during the transit process. We wrap all snap bars in bubble wrap to help prevent breakage. After your order is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for/we have no control over transit time or lost or stolen packages.
To make our highly scented melts, we use soy wax.
The amount of wax that you should use is dependent upon how many warmers you have, how large the space in your home is and how strong of a scent you like. We say 2 cubes at the minimum in each warmer.
